This has been the best first day of a vacation EVER.

At the mall, I learned that I do not want the new blue purse from Coach that I thought I wanted. I also learned that the new Sephoria store may be the end of me. Then it was time for the highlight of my day: Matthias.

Who is Matthias? Matthias is my stylist. I have had short hair for a while, and monthly cuts have made it impossible to afford anything other than strip-mall beauticians. But today I returned to him. I don’t know if any of you live in Lexington, but if you do, call Trademark Salon (over on Burt Road, behind the big carwash on Nicholasville Road) and make an appointment with Matthias. He is a miracle worker. He made the mess of my hair look less like a growing-out mess and more like a purposeful style. No more duck-tail! Oh yeah. Visit to Matthias + Sephoria = Krissie’s Makeover.
