I went to Weight Watchers today.
Wanna know how I did?
I lost 4.2! That’s a total of 14.8 in 10 weeks! Considering there have been 2 weeks when I was pretty unfocused, I am thrilled!
I am a little concerned about the week coming up. We’ll be home home for Easter. I worry a little about the three days in other people’s houses. I worry about not having the control over food that is around me and about not taking the time to exercise. But I’m just gonna spend the week at 100% and then deal with the weekend the best I can.
This weeks goals:
- Biggest Loser Yoga x5
- 30 Day Shred x5
- Journal everything I eat
Sounds doable, right? I think so!

AWESOME! Way to go! I, too, have insecurities about what I will eat/how I will exercise when I’m @ someone else’s house. Just do your best! You are doing great.

Fantastic! (Gosh–I don’t think I’ve ever lost 4+ lbs in a week and can’t even imagine how good that feels.) Great work!
If I know I have a tough couple days coming up where I won’t have as much control over my food and exercise, I try to make up for it by doing a couple days where I increase my workout or decrease my calorie intake. Since you’re already at 1200, I probably wouldn’t drop lower, but maybe adding a couple long, brisk walks this week will help–or at least help you feel less anxious about the limited dieting control this weekend. Regardless, I’m sure you’ll do great.
