I’ve had this for a while, but tonight I pulled off the wrapper, put on my tennis shoes, and bit the bullet.

Verdict: I loved it!
Let me tell you why I love it:
- I sweated like I do with 30-Day Shred.
- I rocked the Level 1 workout. The only time I stopped was when I was trying to figure out what was going on when we switched actions.
- Probably just because it was new, but it went so fast!
- Heba totally “phones it in,” as Jillian would say. I feel like I was working harder than she was. And she was on the show! And being video taped! Dude, I rock.
- Alison cries in pain several times. It is awesome to see a winner struggling just like me. And knowing that she is having a hard time makes me believe that I can do it too!
- I actually saw Poop Vicky smile during the cooldown. It almost made her seem human. It was nice.
- Bernie is adorable.
- I felt like I could have done level 2, but I didn’t plan for it. I’ve been up late the last few nights, and really need my sleep tonight, so I didn’t add it on. But next time, it’s a date!
And I did Winsor Pilates today too!
Have any of y’all done Level 2? Should I be scared?
I love this too! Anything with Bob!!! I really love his yoga video! I can’t even do level 3 on that one yet! Good luck with Level 2 on Boot Camp!
There are not many workout tapes that I like but this one is pretty good. Just make sure you still hit the gym because your body will eventually adjust.
Ooo oo I love this too! I had it sitting around in my house for like two months before I finally started using it. I agree on the Heba thing…the whole time I was thinking “just do better than Heba, shes not working that hard!” Haha.
It rocks that you refer to Vicky as “poop vicky!” haha. I’m loving it.
