Ahh…home home.

I’m at my parents’ house catching up on this season of American Idol. Thanks to my mom discovering DVR. With my brother’s dog on my lap. Great day.

Eating hasn’t been so good today, though. My boss brought in cookies (check out my tweets today for all the details and support!). Other than 3 (!) cookies, I did well today.

I really enjoyed this week’s Hot by BlogHer challenge. The challenge was to increase core workouts. I did pilates 4 of the 5 weekdays this week, only missing today. I tried to get up early this morning, but I just didn’t make it. And that’s okay. I’m generally very proud of my choices and behaviors this week.

Okay, I’ve gotta go and catch up on my Idol.
