Sometimes the best thing to do is just say fuck the scale. Or at least byebye until the birthday. :) Seriously you are doing a FANTASTIC job. Letting one factor outweigh all the other signs of success you have seen is ridiculous. Keep on doing what you are doing! You are doing a great job!
