Wow! You look great! You are such an inspiration for me! Are you going to run outside during the winter or do you have a treadmill. That is my pitiful excuse for not starting C25k, I hate running in the Indiana cold and we don’t have a treadmill. Keep up the great work!

Girl you are HAWT! I CANNOT GET OVER how beautiful you are and how fantastic and happy you look. You always were, of COURSE, but there’s a “Glow” about you (oh dear, did I infringe on some copyright or something? ;-) )

I love your ideas about subbing some alternative baking ideas. We should all brainstorm and share some recipes to keep our idle baking hands busy during the holidays. Not to worry, we’ll have so many healthier recipes to choose from we won’t know WHAT to do! ;-)

I’m sure you’ll do fine with the upcoming Holidays too, you’re very focused on being healthy and how what it takes to reach your goals! You’re already thinking about how you can modify goodies to make them healthier, how great is that! :)

Also, excited to hear about your 5K race too, is it your first?
