Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a small saucepan, then add the Oreo crumbs. Take the container you earlier put the vanilla ice cream in and add the Oreo mixture and spread it as evenly as you can. When the chocolate ice cream is soft enough, add 3 cups on top of the Oreo mixture and spread evenly. Put the container in the freezer overnight.

Layer 1: Chocolate Peanut Butter. Allow your first layer (mine was chocolate peanut butter) to soften for about 20 minutes then place in a standing mixer and mix under it’s evenly smooth. Press it down with a spatula into the bottom of a spring form pan. Crumble crushed oreos on top of that later.

Using a whisk attachment, mix the heavy cream on medium speed and gradually increase the speed to high. Once it starts to thicken, add in the confectioners sugar and liquid gelatin. Once stiff peaks form, add in the vanilla and whip until it's well incorporated - set aside. Once the pan is cold enough, place a layer of chocolate ice cream down.

Spread those chocolate crunchies in a uniform layer on top of the now-set chocolate ice cream base. Using those same techniques as before, soften your vanilla ice cream, and gently spread that on top of the crunchies layer. Be careful to not stir it too hard, and disrupt the center and bring it up. Smooth-out the top of the ice cream so it's flat.
