DIY American Girl Doll Ice Cream Cart. A few weeks ago the American Girl Doll Ice Cream Cart came out and as soon as we opened it I knew it would be a simple build. I like the concept that AG brought to the table, but there was definitely room for improvements.

This kids ice cream cart is simply the sweetest, it’s pint size makes it perfect for little ones ages 2 – 6. Ana designed this ice cream cart full of functionality. The top doors open to reveal the freezer storage compartment, there is a serving area, a cute scalloped awning and a handle.

Ok so the Ice Cream cart project is also in Cricut Design. Though it does not include the umbrella (disappointing). To that end the other projects do not include all the items you see in these photos such as the stand to hold the ice cream cones and the box to hold the popsicle.

Build your own ice cream pushcart as a cost-effective alternative to a ready-made cart offered by a restaurant supply company. Before constructing your DIY ice cream cart, be sure you understand local business and food safety regulations so you can operate your ice cream business within the law.

She wants to serve ice cream at the reception for a touch of nostalgia, and Chica and I brainstormed about how to make a cute ice cream bar. Then she remembered she had a popcorn machine base cluttering up her storage area, and we knew it would be the perfect start to making an inexpensive DIY ice cream cart for the wedding reception.
