Add milk and beat just until combined and a soft dough forms (do not over mix or biscuits will become tough.) Drop by the heaping tablespoonful onto ungreased baking sheets 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated oven until tops are golden, about 8-10 minutes. Brush with melted butter and serve.
