It’s actually pretty easy to make cookies from cake mix. Since you’re starting with all of the dry ingredients measured out and mixed together, all you have to do is add in the wet ingredients. A general rule of thumb for turning cake mix into cookies is to add 2 eggs and 1/3 cup oil. Don’t hold too hard to that rule, though.

These are great cookies when you don't want to mess with a lot of indgredients. I read all of the reviews on the cookies with cake mixes and this is what I came up with. I used 2 eggs, a yellow cake mix with pudding, 1/2 cup of oil, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and 1 1/3 cups quick cooking oatmeal.
